Executive Director - Amanda Bridgette

​Amanda Bridgette is a vocalist, actor, and educator, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Asbury University.  After earning her degree, Bridgette embarked upon her musical journey, enjoying a professional career in theatre.  Bridgette has worked as a spotlight vocalist for numerous cruise lines; performed a long-running cabaret show in Cozumel, Mexico; and worked nationally as a guest artist for resorts, casinos, and luxury hotel lines. She continues to work as an industry-experienced educator and a composer for new works including Sins of a Savior, a musical used to raise awareness regarding sex trafficking in the United States, and The Telltale Lilac Bush, a play based on Appalachian ghost stories premiered by Appalachian Artists Collective’s of Huntington, WV.

President - Jamie Atkins

James B. “Jamie” Atkins is the managing attorney of Atkins & Ogle Law Offices LC in Buffalo, West Virginia. He holds a B.A. in Music Education from Glenville State College, Glenville, West Virginia, and a J.D. from the West Virginia School of Law, Morgantown, West Virginia.  Jamie is an experienced instrumentalist, vocalist, conductor, song-writer, arranger, stage performer and director, who currently serves as the assistant director of the Winfield High School marching band and as choir director and praise team member for Trinity Fellowship in St. Albans, WV.

Vice President - Katy Kincaid

​Katy Kincaid is an alumni of Marshall University, where she earned her bachelor of Fine Arts in photography.  Shortly after graduating from Marshall, she began an eighteen-year career at the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences of West Virginia in Charleston, West Virginia. During the last five years at the Clay Center she served as Director of Education.  In January 2022, she accepted a call to full-time ministry as the Children and Families' Pastor at Teays Valley Church of God.

Secretary / Treasurer - Samantha Miller

​Samantha “Sami” Miller has an Associates degree from West Virginia University-Parkersburg in Business. She has been employed with Truist Bank (BB&T) for 23 years as a Senior Relationship Banker. She currently resides in Dunbar WV with her husband Jason and daughter Ashley. She attends Randolph Baptist Church in Charleston, WV.  

Board Member - Brooke Smolder

Brooke Smolder is a choreographer based out of Scott Depot, WV. Owner of Brooke Smolder Choreography, she travels the state and east coast working with multiple schools and organizations choreographing show choirs, musicals and dance teams. She has a bachelors and masters degree from Marshall University in Education and Athletic Administration. Brooke is married to her husband, Eddie Smolder, and has two children, Braylie and Eddric.
